專輯簡介：
    三人組合 Lifehouse，以《No Name Face》在 Billboard 頒獎典禮上抱走「年度新人」、「年度最受歡迎單曲」、「年度最佳搖滾新人」等三項大獎，一鳴驚人之單曲〈Hanging By A Moment〉，踢開 Janet Jackson、Alicia Keys 矚目單曲，於千禧年的第一回統計中奪得「年度熱門單曲」總排行冠軍寶座，這也是 Billboard 自開放電台播放單曲納入排行統計以來，首支未作商業發行就奪得年終榜冠軍歌曲。

    團中主唱、吉他手之靈魂人物，並被稱為天才型的創作家 Jason Wade，15 歲時認識志同道合的鄰居 Sergio Andrade，同屬音樂神童的 Sergio，從鍵盤、長號、長笛、鼓一路玩到貝斯，最後遇到鼓手 Rick Woolstenhulme，共通組織起 Lifehouse。1999 年底推出首張專輯《No Name Face》，總銷售高達兩百萬張銷售量。2002 年再接再厲發行《Stanley Climbfall》，亮出金唱片級大作。第三張同名大碟《Lifehouse》發行前，貝斯手 Sergio 離團，換上 Bryce Soderberg，仍是張金唱片之作。

    Lifehouse 延續一貫流暢風格帶來《Who We Are》，由歌手、製作、創作人等多重身份的 Jude Cole（Jewel、Beth Orton、Styx）全程監製，第一週問世即登上流行專輯榜 Top14。首支主攻〈First Time〉，呈現順暢無比的吉他搖滾基調，如同 Goo Goo Dolls 的討喜旋律，已攀上全美成人抒請榜 Top4；動人抒情搖滾韻角的〈Whatever It Takes〉，聲聲沙啞高亢吶喊唱出，願不計一切試圖想挽回已逝的戀情；踩著輕快步伐，自在吟唱出充滿愛與感激的〈Easier To Be〉，吉他輕盈彈奏，人聲溫暖合音，瞬間大開雙耳聆聽之愉悅感；層次相當分明之〈Bridges〉，隨著漸漸攀高的節拍，情緒也隨之動容和高漲；Jason 的假音伴著鋼琴柔美彈奏，〈Learn You Inside Out〉增添更具魅力的耐聽度。走到 90 年中期 Grunge 黯然消色，譜入更多流行旋律的 Post-Grunge 異軍突起，Lifehouse 就是將那生活週遭的點滴、對於情愛的深刻剖析，自然且有深度的引起聽者共鳴。
